The GEM Recruiting Trends Report identified three (3) key talent acquisition challenges across both smaller and larger organisation.

 These challenges were identified as:

difficulty finding quality candidates .

struggling to build and maintain passive candidate pipelines to fill current and future roles

keeping candidates fully engaged throughout the recruitment process and constantly dealing with candidate counter offers

The report also identified up to 51.5% of organisations surveyed do not have a dedicated talent acquisition sourcer in the business.

It is well know having a solid talent acquisition pipeline is essential to increase profits and build growth.

Right now there has never been a more opportune time to outsource your talent acquisition function, so that you can focus your energy on the growth of the business and your team.

There are a multitude of recruitment companies out there, yet how do you know which one is the right one to choose! Outsourcing your recruitment function can take on many forms and can be tailored to your needs by the respective talent acquisition agency.  This can look like one of the following or a variation.

  • outsourcing the entire recruitment function, known as an RPO (recruitment process outsourcing), all the way from job description creation to employee induction. This includes the coordination and convening of selection panels to take the time and pressure away from those in the business;

OR

  • engaging a recruiter to source and shortlisting candidates for your respective vacancy and liaising with the hiring manager to coordinate timings for suitable candidate interviews; or

OR

  • Simply providing shortlists of candidates matched to the role and handing over candidate care to the business to manage from there onwards.

** the cost of services is based on the variation selected by each client and the level of involvement of MJB Talent Partners across the talent acquisition process.  Our ultimate aim is to work in partnership with you and your team and provide you the best possible services available and suited to your, your team and your business.
